As artists at primary school, we loved to show our best drawing to every teacher who walked into the class, our classmates and everyone who came home to visit us. We have often done that after that as well.

Why? Sometimes because we wanted to bag some words of appreciation, sometimes because we wanted to confirm how good it was and sometimes genuinely for some feedback on our “masterpiece”

(Unleash that child within you)

As a designer, you come up with some amazing designs, and then prototype them. I believe presenting your prototypes to a large audience is as important as creating one. It gives you a wide range of opinions and each of them count while you make your next project. The best platform for an open audience is SOCIAL MEDIA.

(Do not miss a single feedback)

Most of the designers have a very valid argument to this discussion - “We cannot present our designs publically at an early stage.” Fair enough! Keep them safe for its best use which is yet to come!

Once the app is released, post the prototypes on social media. The prototype will go viral! The complete idea is to present a dummy app to the customer before they download it. If he loved the app prototype, the only thing he would do next is, visit the play store/app store/windows store to download the app. (This is exactly why perfume and deodorant brands provide a tester sample!)

(Audience will love it)

Here is how you can embed prototypes on social media.

  1. Click on the SHARE tab on the right top section of the CanvasFlip tool.
  2. Select the second option - Embed URL.
  3. Copy the URL
  4. Paste it on “What’s on your mind” tab in Facebook and “What’s happening” tab in Twitter
  5. Just Post and Tweet!

Happy prototyping and sharing! Jump to the CanvasFlip studio now, create your prototype and grab the embed URL. You know what to do next!
